◆Definition of a polygon:- A polygon is any 2-dimensional shape formed with straight lines, such that triangles quadrilaterals Pentagons and hexagons etc.

◆Definition of A Triangle :- A three sided polygon is called triangle.

◆Definition of A Scalene Triangle :- A triangle having three unequal sides is called scalene triangle.

◆Definition of A Isosceles Triangle:- A triangle having any two sides equal is called Isosceles triangle.

◆Definition of A Equilateral Triangle :- A triangle having all sides equal is called equilateral triangle.

◆Definition of A Acute Angled Triangle:- A triangle having all the three acute angles is acute angle is called acute angled triangle.

◆Definition of A Obtuse angled triangle :- A triangle having any one Obtuse angle is called obtuse angled triangle.

◆Perimeter of a Triangle :- The sum of all the three sides of a triangle is called it's perimeter.

◆Median of a Triangle :- The line joining the vertex to the mid point of opposite side of a triangle is called it median.

◆Altitude of a triangle :- The perpendicular drawn from vertex to the opposite side of a triangle is called it's altitude.

◆Bisector of Angle of a triangle:- The line bisecting the vertex angle of triangle is called bisector of angle of a triangle.

◆Equiangular Triangle :- If corresponding angles of two triangles are same , then they are called equiangular triangles.

◆Similar shapes :- Figures having same shapes but different size , are called similar shapes.

◆Similar polygon:- Two polygon are similar , if their corresponding angles are equal and their corresponding sides are in the same ratio.(i.e. proportion)

◆Note:- two congruent figures are also similar but the converse is not true i.e. similar figures are not always congruent.

भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन (quit india movement):- जिस ढंग से क्रिप्स वार्ता भंग हुई और क्रिप्स को वापस बुलाया गया तथा इन विषय में ब्रिटिश संसद में जो वाद विवाद हुआ , उसने भारतीयों को यह सोचने पर मजबूर कर दिया कि सम्पूर्ण क्रिया कलाप एक राजनीतिक धूर्तता मात्र थी , जिसका उद्देश्य विश्व लोकमत की आँखों में धूल झोंकना और अनुमानित असफलता के भार भारतीय जनता के ऊपर लाद देना था । ब्रिटेन के विश्वासघात के ताने बाने का भेद खुलने पर देश निराशा , किंकर्तव्यविमूढ़ता और व्यग्रता के गर्त में डूब गया । यह राष्ट्र के लिए बहुत ही असंतोष की व्यवस्था थी । इस स्थिति को बदलना आवश्यक था । श्री जवाहर लाल नेहरू ने लिखा , "जनता की निराशा को साहस और प्रतिरोध की भावना में बदल जाना आवश्यक था ।" अतः 1942 ई. के आस पास महात्मा गांधी ने उग्रतापूर्वक इस दिशा में सोचना प्रारम्भ कर दिया । भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन उनके मस्तिष्क में जमने लगा और उन्होंने उसे हरिजन में एक लेखमाला लिखकर मुखरित किया । भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन की पृष्ठभूमि या कारण :- भारत छोड़ो आंदोलन पर दृष्टिगत करने से पूर्व हमें यह देख लेना च
